What Are NovaLash Lash Extensions?
NovaLash Lash Extensions are a glamorous way to extend the length and thickness of natural eyelashes, and are a practical, convenient and beautiful alternative to the daily use of mascara. Unlike decades-old, traditional false lashes, lash extensions are the first innovation in lash lengthening that can be worn daily, without nightly removal.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
Come to your appointment wearing no eye makeup and DO NOT curl, tint, or perm your lashes.
How Long Do They Really Last?
When properly applied, using Platinum Bond Adhesive, NovaLash lash extensions can be worn throughout the year with minimal monthly maintenance. Touch-ups are recommended after the initial full set application to refill any lashes that have cycled out. To maintain the full, thick appearance of a new set of lashes a visit is recommended every 2-4 weeks based on your own natural lash growth cycle.
Can Lash Extensions Harm Natural Lashes?
No ! Of course not! Eyelashes have their own shedding life cycle similar to your eyebrows and the hairs on your head. So do not be alarmed if a few natural lashes fall out along with the extensions. Be sure to not pick at, pull or play with your lashes to ensure a longer life of the extensions.
Can Mascara Be Used With Lash Extensions?
Mascara is typically not needed with lash extensions. Waterproof mascara is not recommended for use, as it will dissolve the bond with the lashes. NovaLash Mascara is available at

Once Applied What Is The Proper Way To Care For Lashes?
Proper daily cleansing of the lashes will ensure they remain radiant and flexible. Using a lash wand to comb the lashes free of tangles is also recommended. You shouldn’t leave a hair salon without top of the line hair products – same with your lashes!

Before Your Appointment:
DO NOT curl, tint, or wear mascara prior to your appointment.
After Your Appointment:

{ First 12 hrs } Immediately upon leaving your appointment you can shower, swim, go in the sauna or do hot yoga.
{ After 24 hrs } Swim, workout, cry do whatever you like! However here are some do’s & don’ts when wearing your lashes!
DO’S:
• Use a face cloth to wash your face, avoiding wetting the lashes.
• When your lashes become crooked or tangled use your spooly to comb them. The best time is after showering and let them dry in position.
DONT’S:
• Avoid the use of cleansers and eye makeup removers that contain solvent-like ingredients such as glycols and carbonates as they can reduce the wear time of your new lashes.
• When sleeping, don’t mush your face in your pillow and don’t wear an eye mask.
• Avoid pulling, picking, or twisting lash extensions. This can cause damage to natural lashes and may lead to premature shedding of your extensions.
